Meet Jeff Holtebeck, Director of Sales
Associate highlight: Jeff Holtebeck
So my name is Jeff Holtebeck. I am currently the director of sales operations here at GMI, and I've been here since 1997. So, quite a long time. As the Director of Sales Operations, I really have ultimate responsibility for all of our run rate customer activity, customer facing activity, and then coordination on the back end with our internal resources.
Obviously I have been here for a long time, so our structure was a little bit different at the time. But as we've grown, I've been able to grow with the company as well. And I think one of the consistent things throughout the years, throughout my tenure here, has been the company culture.
And, you know, anybody on the production floor up through the executive offices and every department in between has people who've been here for 10, 15, 20 years. With our customers, we tend to have, as with our employees, we tend to have very long relationships and very deeply seated relationships with those customers.
So they really become friends. You become an extension of their organization because we are so we have so much intimate knowledge about their projects that we're working on. I think there's a lot of reasons that OEMs like working with GMI.
We don't just provide them with a technical solution, and we're a manufacturing partner. Yes. At our core, that is what we are, a contract manufacturer. But we surround that technical solution or whatever we're building with a lot of services and support, and we are extremely responsive to their needs.
So I think that is one of the big differentiators that you get with GMI versus some other contract manufacturers.
